Cementing place in lineup
Harley is expected to maintain his place in the lineup heading into the postseason, Sean Shapiro of EP Rinkside reports Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
Harley has performed well since being added to the roster in April, registering two assists, five shots and six blocks while averaging 16:54 of ice time in four contests. With the emergence of Harley, fellow blueliner Nils Lundkvist has been relegated to a reserve role and will likely continue to do so in the postseason.

2020 Fantasy Outlook
Harley had another standout campaign with OHL Mississauga in 2019-20, producing 18 goals and 57 points in 59 contests. The 19-year-old blueliner also made his NHL debut during the postseason round robin versus the Avalanche. Harley, a first-round pick from 2019, is still junior-eligible, which makes it seem unlikely he'll see much action with the parent club outside of the preseason in 2020-21. However, a standout performance in training camp could put him in the conversation with Andrej Sekera and Mark Pysyk for a third-pairing job. Most likely, Harley is still a year or two away from being a factor for the Stars, though he appears to have all the makings of a high-upside blueliner for fantasy purposes.
